Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. You can simply email our customer care team support@curvify.me and inform us of your order number and your exchange/return request. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item(s).  As soon as you have shipped your item(s) from your carrier, please reach out to our team to share your return tracking number with us. Note : A valid tracking number must be shared with our customer support team to facilitate your return

Refund Process

  • Please note that curvify.me does not provide free return shipping should you choose to return an item for a refund.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange instead of a return.  Simply notify our support team of your desire to exchange the item/s and advise us of what you would like to exchange the item for.  Should there be a difference in price on the exchange, we will charge you accordingly for the difference.  
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning their item(s) for the exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@curvify.me with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Worn, soiled, dirtied, damaged, distressed or washed items.  We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of soiling or wear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
