Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – FREE
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – $8.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – $25.99 - $7099
Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment using the Track Your Order page on our website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@curvify.me.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@curvify.me. If your order has not been shipped, we will update the address.
- If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@curvify.me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
